Seoul, 15 October 2018 - Ferrari held the second ‘2018 Pilota Ferrari Around the World Korea’ at Inje Speedium on 13th and 14th of October after the first event in May.

This event is a part of Ferrari’s global customized drive training program, ‘Corso Pilota Ferrari Driving’, while in Korea it is called the ‘Pilota Ferrari Around the World Korea’. The ‘Pilota Ferrari Around the World Korea’ has been held annually since 2015 but this year it has become semi-annual considering the increasing participation and support in it.

Based on driving skill and vehicles, 40 participants received a one-on-one customized training in their own Ferrari from a professional instructor from Italy.

Before the training, a safety inspection was performed to ensure safe driving and training progress. Training program consisted of two courses on 13th and 14th of October. Participants, who received and completed the Level 1 training, obtained the complete certification of Corso Pilot Ferrari Driving program’s Sports Course .

During the event, participants were able to improve their driving skills and enjoy the exclusive Ferrari driving.

Cho Kyung-ho, the General Manager of Ferrari brand in FMK, said that “We expect Ferrari to contribute to the development of Korean driving culture and of the motor sports and racing culture in Korea by the event”. He also announced that Ferrari would provide the opportunities for Korean customers to experience special activities such as test-drive events, which will be held at the end of the month in Busan, and track events.

Meanwhile, FMK Co. Ltd, the official importer and distributor of Ferrari in South Korea, graciously donated all participation fees from the event to a child welfare institution in Korea named Holt Children's Services Inc. The company has made the event even more meaningful with donation since 2015.
