Seoul, October 2, 2025 — Ferrari today announced the establishment of Ferrari Korea, a joint venture with FMK, as part of Ferrari’s global strategy to align brand standards and further localize operations in key markets. The new entity will reinforce delivery of Ferrari’s client experience in Korea together with FMK, reflecting a long-standing, close partnership between the two companies.

Ferrari Korea, headquartered in Cheongdam, Seoul, will oversee the brand’s overall operations in the country. It will be responsible for the direct management of the brand, including vehicle import and homologation, pricing, inventory and logistics management, marketing and communications, as well as dealer network development and management. FMK will continue as Ferrari’s trusted dealer partner in Korea, operating the current showrooms with a focus on vehicle sales, aftersales, and front-line client service. The appointment of Ferrari Korea’s representative will be officially announced at a later date.
