Ferrari Opens Seoul Banpo Showroom and Service Center

Banpo, Seoul - Ferrari will officially launch its new landmark showroom and service center in Banpo-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul on March 4.

Ferrari's official importer and distributor in South Korea, FMK Co.Ltd, will provide a new experience that underlines Ferrari’s ongoing commitment to completely redefine the customer journey. This new showroom will allow customers to feel more connected, comfortable and informed than ever before, which is why the new layout carries a distinctive and luxurious feel, encapsulating the brand’s DNA of tradition, passion, craftsmanship, innovation and of course, the Italian heritage.

The Ferrari Banpo showroom, located in 235 Banpo-daero, Seocho-gu, Seoul has two floors above ground, one basement level and a total area of more than 2,000m2. This is a 3S showroom that includes Sales, Service and Spare parts all in one place. On the first and second floors up to 8 vehicles can be displayed, and a 1,100m2 sized service center will be operating on the basement floor.

The Banpo showroom interior reflects the new Ferrari global corporate identity, offering a luxurious atmosphere and ensuring a warm welcome and immersive experience into the Ferrari lifestyle. The showroom combines contemporary brand elements, traditional color palettes and images of revered experiences. All of the five senses will be triggered through the clever use of creative elements like the brand experience video wall, heritage wall and library, consultation room with a digital simulator, atelier panel and community table, and much more.

The first floor of the showroom features a main display area, which accommodates the latest Ferrari models, sitting alongside a spacious client area, where guests can relax in a luxurious lounge with a private coffee bar and a community feel with a sense of being at a private club.

The “Atelier Ferrari” on the second floor is equipped with state-of the art technology and a selection of leather, exterior paint and other options and materials designed to ensure the client feels absolutely the center of attention. It is a truly exclusive, sophisticated space where customers can choose their very own bespoke options with the assistance of a team of experts.

The service center of 1,100m2 on the first basement floor is equipped with 10 work bays and the most modern facilities for Ferrari cars. Customers can receive professional maintenance service from technicians trained at the Ferrari Training Center in Maranello in a more pleasant environment.

“This new Ferrari Banpo showroom and service center will enable us to deliver enhanced ownership experiences to our community of passionate Ferrari clients,” said Kwang Cheol Kim, CEO of FMK. “We have imagined the space to be a ‘Ferrari Clubhouse’, where owners can gather as a community, sharing their love of the brand and connecting to the world of Ferrari and with our knowledgeable team,” added Cho.

Meanwhile, the Ferrari Cheongdam showroom, located on Dosan-daero, is scheduled to be refurbished in February and to reopen in March.
