March 7th, 2019 – Ferrari opens its new Busan Service Centre on March 7th and embarks on strengthening the relationship with customers from Busan and Yeongnam region and enhancing the value of Ferrari ownership.
Ferrari Busan Service Centre located in Haeundae, which is a stronghold for imported car brands, has a gross floor area of 562 m²(170 square meters) with two work bay service center, a showroom and a consultation room. Its interior adheres to the Corporate Identity guidelines of Ferrari, reflecting the brand’s identity and values.
Based on Ferrari’s principle that “Ferrari is forever”, the brand has been providing free scheduled maintenance for a period of seven years, the longest in the market. And this year, Ferrari newly established Ferrari Busan Service Centre in order to improve the convenience for the clients in Busan and Yeongnam region.
In the service center, all operations are performed with genuine Ferrari parts and equipment by Ferrari’s specialist mechanics, who have completed their service training in Italy, where Ferrari headquarters is located. Therefore, with the establishment of Busan Service Centre, Ferrari’s highest quality requirements for its cars, such as safety, performance, and reliability can be consistently maintained.
Through its service, Ferrari Busan Service Centre provides the brand’s values along with the exhibition of Portofino and GTC4Lusso T. Also, consultations for the models are available.
The opening ceremony began with a welcome speech by the Dieter Knechtel, CEO of Ferrari Far and Middle East. Also, Ferrari 488 Pista, the Ferrari’s V8 special series model, was specially exhibited in the showroom for the first time in Korea.
